Notwithstanding what is written elsewhere in this regulation, the Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, give a partial or full exemption from the saluting customs imposed by this regulation to Nepali mountaineers, members of Nepali mountaineers teaming with foreign mountaineers, or any mountaineer climbing the following mountains:
(a) Himalachuli with low pressure to be climbed by less than three mountaineering teams in a fiscal year,
(b) Himalachuli in the Midwestern and Far Western development regions,
(c) Himalchuli, which is technically easy and can be climbed in a short period of time (d) Special Himalachuli designated by the Government of Nepal (e) Any other Himalachuli climbing during the period from Jeshta 15th to Bhadra 15th and from Paush 1st to Falgun 15th.
